Parking Passes. Licensee will receive the number of parking passes as specified in the Agreement (the “Parking Passes”). Any such Parking Passes will be for single-vehicle parking in the locations designated by Club. Licensee agrees that Licensee and any persons to whom Licensee provides the Parking Passes will be bound by all terms and conditions upon which Parking Passes are issued by Club and will observe all rules and regulations relating to their use. Licensee will have no right to renew or repurchase the Parking Passes following the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated prior to the expiration of the Term, any Parking Passes will no longer be valid and must be returned immediately by Licensee.
