Parking Passes. Tenant shall be entitled to use eight (8) unreserved parking passes for each 1,000 rentable square feet contained in the Premises, which equals six hundred sixty-three (663) passes, upon the terms and conditions provided in Article 23 hereof. The number of parking passes shall be adjusted at the same ratio upon any contraction or expansion of the Premises.
