Parking Operator. The Stadium Authority, in cooperation with 49ers Stadium Company, will be responsible for managing and operating parking areas that are owned by the City or Agency as well as private parking lots that are contracted to the Stadium Authority. The Stadium Authority, after consultation with 49ers Stadium Company, may contract with an experienced and responsible parking operator to manage the parking areas contracted to the Stadium Authority. The Parties will identify a mutually acceptable process for selecting the parking operator.
Parking Operator. “Parking Operator” shall mean and refer to the Parking Operator selected by Tenant pursuant to Section 8.1.8.
Parking Operator. (a) The Parking Facility shall, at all times during the Term, be under the direction and supervision of an active operator with the expertise, qualifications, experience, competence, skills and know-how to operate the Parking Facility in accordance with this PPA and the Technical Provisions, who may be the Development Entity itself or the Maintenance Contractor.
(b) The Maintenance Contractor shall at all times be subject to the direction, supervision, and control of the Development Entity, and any delegation to a Maintenance Contractor shall not relieve the Development Entity of any obligations, duties or liability hereunder. The Maintenance Contractor shall have no interest in or rights under this PPA or the Parking Facility unless the Maintenance Contractor is the Development Entity itself.
Parking Operator. The Lessor shall be entitled to let an external parking operator operate the Parking Spaces, which may include the parking operator collecting the Parking Rent on behalf of the Lessor. The Lessor shall nonetheless remain responsible vis-à-vis the Lessee for the performance of its obligations under this agreement.
Parking Operator. Landlord may delegate its responsibilities with respect to the Parking Areas to a parking operator, in which case such parking operator shall have all the rights of control and management granted to Landlord. The Parking Operator may charge a use fee for the use of the Parking Operator which shall be the sole responsibility of Tenant and other users of the Parking Areas.
Parking Operator. The operator of the Airport parking facilities, which includes the Ready Return Parking Lot containing the Concessionaire's Ready-Return Spaces.
