Parking Facility Operations. The Manager shall monitor and manage each Obligor’s rights ‎associated with the Parking Facilities and any Real Property Interests underlying the Parking Facilities ‎‎(including,‎ with respect to the Parking Facilities, negotiating the entry into and renewals of Customer Contracts and Parking Operating Agreements on behalf of ‎the Obligors in the ordinary course of business). The Manager shall perform on behalf of each Obligor ‎any obligation reasonably required of such Obligor pursuant to any utility contract, agency agreement, ‎Customer Contract, Parking Operating Agreement or other agreement related to such Obligor (other than the payment of amounts due from an ‎Obligor thereunder, which payments shall be paid out of the Lock Box Account as provided herein).‎
