Common use of Parity Clause in Contracts

Parity. 4.1 When Your Communication Connection purchases, pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement, telecommunications services from BellSouth for the purposes of resale to end users, BellSouth shall provide said services so that the services are equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its affiliates, subsidiaries and end users. To the extent technically feasible, the quality of a Network Element, as well as the quality of the access to such Network Element provided by BellSouth to Your Communication Connection shall be at least equal in quality to that which BellSouth provides to itself, its affiliates or any other telecommunications carrier. The quality of the interconnection between the networks of BellSouth and the network of Your Communication Connection shall be at a level that is equal to that which BellSouth provides itself, a subsidiary, an Affiliate, or any other party. The interconnection facilities shall be designed to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within BellSouth’s network and shall extend to a consideration of service quality as perceived by BellSouth’s end users and service quality as perceived by Your Communication Connection.

The interconnection facilities shall be designed to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within BellSouth’s network and shall extend to a consideration of service quality as perceived by BellSouth’s end users and service quality as perceived by Your Communication ConnectionXxxxx-4-U .

To the extent technically feasible, the quality of a Network Element, as well as the quality of the access to such Network Element provided by BellSouth to Your Communication Connection Source One Communications shall be at least equal in quality to that which BellSouth provides to itself, its affiliates or any other telecommunications carrier. The quality of the interconnection between the networks of BellSouth and the network of Your Communication Connection Source One Communications shall be at a level that is equal to that which BellSouth provides itself, a subsidiary, an Affiliate, or any other party. The interconnection facilities shall be designed to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within BellSouth’s network and shall extend to a consideration of service quality as perceived by BellSouth’s end users and service quality as perceived by Your Communication ConnectionSource One Communications.

To the extent technically feasible, the quality of a Network Element, as well as the quality of the access to such Network Element provided by BellSouth to Your Communication Connection Rent-A-Line shall be at least equal in quality to that which BellSouth provides to itself, its affiliates or any other telecommunications carrier. The quality of the interconnection between the networks of BellSouth and the network of Your Communication Connection Rent-A- Line shall be at a level that is equal to that which BellSouth provides itself, a subsidiary, an Affiliate, or any other party. The interconnection facilities shall be designed to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within BellSouth’s network and shall extend to a consideration of service quality as perceived by BellSouth’s end users and service quality as perceived by Your Communication ConnectionRent-A- Line.

Parity. 4.1 When Your Communication Connection Flatel, Inc. purchases, pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement, telecommunications services from BellSouth for the purposes of resale to end users, BellSouth shall provide said services so that the services are equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its affiliates, subsidiaries and end users. To the extent technically feasible, the quality of a Network Element, as well as the quality of the access to such Network Element provided by BellSouth to Your Communication Connection Flatel, Inc. shall be at least equal in quality to that which BellSouth provides to itself, its affiliates or any other telecommunications carrier. The quality of the interconnection between the networks of BellSouth and the network of Your Communication Connection Flatel, Inc. shall be at a level that is equal to that which BellSouth provides itself, a subsidiary, an Affiliate, or any other party. The interconnection facilities shall be designed to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within BellSouth’s network and shall extend to a consideration of service quality as perceived by BellSouth’s end users and service quality as perceived by Your Communication Connection.Flatel, Inc..

Parity. 4.1 When Your Communication Connection Easy Telephone Services Company purchases, pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement, telecommunications services from BellSouth for the purposes of resale to end users, BellSouth shall provide said services so that the services are equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its affiliates, subsidiaries and end users. To the extent technically feasible, the quality of a Network Element, as well as the quality of the access to such Network Element provided by BellSouth to Your Communication Connection Easy Telephone Services Company shall be at least equal in quality to that which BellSouth provides to itself, its affiliates or any other telecommunications carrier. The quality of the interconnection between the networks of BellSouth and the network of Your Communication Connection Easy Telephone Services Company shall be at a level that is equal to that which BellSouth provides itself, a subsidiary, an Affiliate, or any other party. The interconnection facilities shall be designed to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within BellSouth’s network and shall extend to a consideration of service quality as perceived by BellSouth’s end users and service quality as perceived by Your Communication ConnectionEasy Telephone Services Compay.

Parity. 4.1 When Your Communication Connection Buy-Tel purchases, pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement, telecommunications services from BellSouth for the purposes of resale to end users, BellSouth shall provide said services so that the services are equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its affiliates, subsidiaries and end users. To the extent technically feasible, the quality of a Network Element, as well as the quality of the access to such Network Element provided by BellSouth to Your Communication Connection Buy-Tel shall be at least equal in quality to that which BellSouth provides to itself, its affiliates or any other telecommunications carrier. The quality of the interconnection between the networks of BellSouth and the network of Your Communication Connection Buy-Tel shall be at a level that is equal to that which BellSouth provides itself, a subsidiary, an Affiliate, or any other party. The interconnection facilities shall be designed to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within BellSouth’s network and shall extend to a consideration of service quality as perceived by BellSouth’s end users and service quality as perceived by Your Communication ConnectionBuy-Tel.

Parity. 4.1 When Your Communication Connection AllSouth Phone Connect purchases, pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement, telecommunications services from BellSouth for the purposes of resale to end users, BellSouth shall provide said services so that the services are equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its affiliates, subsidiaries and end users. To the extent technically feasible, the quality of a Network Element, as well as the quality of the access to such Network Element provided by BellSouth to Your Communication Connection AllSouth Phone Connect shall be at least equal in quality to that which BellSouth provides to itself, its affiliates or any other telecommunications carrier. The quality of the interconnection between the networks of BellSouth and the network of Your Communication Connection AllSouth Phone Connect shall be at a level that is equal to that which BellSouth provides itself, a subsidiary, an Affiliate, or any other party. The interconnection facilities shall be designed to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within BellSouth’s network and shall extend to a consideration of service quality as perceived by BellSouth’s end users and service quality as perceived by Your Communication ConnectionAllSouth Phone Connect.

Parity. 4.1 When Your Communication Connection A Plus Connect, LLC purchases, pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement, telecommunications services from BellSouth for the purposes of resale to end users, BellSouth shall provide said services so that the services are equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its affiliates, subsidiaries and end users. To the extent technically feasible, the quality of a Network Element, as well as the quality of the access to such Network Element provided by BellSouth to Your Communication Connection A Plus Connect, LLC shall be at least equal in quality to that which BellSouth provides to itself, its affiliates or any other telecommunications carrier. The quality of the interconnection between the networks of BellSouth and the network of Your Communication Connection A Plus Connect, LLC shall be at a level that is equal to that which BellSouth provides itself, a subsidiary, an Affiliate, or any other party. The interconnection facilities shall be designed to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within BellSouth’s network and shall extend to a consideration of service quality as perceived by BellSouth’s end users and service quality as perceived by Your Communication ConnectionA Plus Connect, LLC.
