Common use of Parallel Liability Clause in Contracts

Parallel Liability. (a) In this Section 20, (i) "Corresponding Liabilities" means all present and future liabilities and contractual and non-contractual obligations of an Obligor under or in connection with the Loan Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, and the other Loan Documents, but excluding its Parallel Liability, and (ii) "Parallel Liability" means an Obligor's undertaking pursuant to this Section 20.
