Papers. Because Borrower agrees that Administrative Agent's and Lenders' remedies at Law for failure of Borrower to comply with the provisions of this Section would be inadequate and that such failure would not be adequately compensable in damages, Borrower agrees that the covenants of this Section may be specifically enforced.
