Papers. All correspondence, memoranda, notes, records, reports, drawings, lists, photographs, plans and other papers and items received or made by me in connection with my employment with the Company shall be the property of the Company. I will deliver all copies of such materials to the Company upon request of the Company and, even if it does not request, when my employment by the Company ends.
