Panel Interview. Each unit member who participates in any selection process must complete district training and sign the confidentiality statement prior to participation in the process.
Panel Interview. Employee to External Applicant: If the top scoring candidate is an 39 outside applicant and the second ranked candidate is a District 40 employee, the District employee shall be offered the position if 41 the District employee is “equally qualified.” The District and 42 CSEA have defined “equally qualified” to mean the score 43 difference between the two candidates is 5% or less of the total 44 possible points. 45
Panel Interview. Maximum score - 40 points. Each candidate shall be interviewed by a four-person selection panel consisting of the local TWU President or his designee, another representative appointed by the local TWU President, the manager responsible for the open position, and another representative appointed by the hiring manager. Each applicant will be asked to answer an identical series of questions prepared by the hiring manager and the TWU relating to the experience, qualifications, skills, ability and work habits required for the position. Each candidate will be provided the opportunity to discuss with the panel the reasons the candidate wants the position, why the candidate should be selected, and any on the job or off the job accomplishments. Each panel member may ask each candidate questions with regard to the employee’s work experience and performance at Envoy Air Inc. or at other jobs that are related to the qualification, skills, ability or work habits required for the position.
Panel Interview. The Professional Standards Section will coordinate a Panel Interview for those candidates that are eligible to progress to the Background stage. The panel will consist of a member of PSS, a Unit Lieutenant and a member of the L-PIG Executive Board.

Panel Interview. Each applicant shall be interviewed individually and graded on a scale of one-hundred (100) percent. The candidates will be interviewed by a panel of 4 persons consisting of the following: one (1) member of Local 1021 Executive Board: one (1) Chief Officer of the Marshfield Fire and Rescue Department: and two (2) members (Lieutenant or higher including Chief Officers) of a surrounding full- time or full-time/combination fire department (currently Wausau, Weston, Wisconsin Rapids, Rib Mountain, Plover or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Point). One interviewer of a surrounding full-time or full-time/combination department will be chosen by Local 1021 and the other will be chosen by a Chief Officer of the Marshfield Fire and Rescue Department. g A list of interview questions and/or scenarios will be provided to the interview panel by the Marshfield Fire and Rescue Department Fire Chief, and all candidates will be graded on the same questions. The score derived from all four (4) interviewers will be averaged to calculate the final score of each applicant in this area.
Panel Interview. The purpose of the panel interview is to give each candidate an equal opportunity to reveal the knowledge, skills and abilities which would enable them to perform the job. The interview consists of an evaluation of work-related experience and training. The Panel will consist of a structured interview process with at least 3 panel members that assess a candidate’s minimum qualifications. In preparing technical questions, care will be taken to ensure that the questions are consistent with the level of the position posted, as well as the minimum requirements stated in the job description, skills, abilities and/or job knowledge stated in the job description.
