Paid Time Off Program. An employee on layoff shall receive all accrued but unused PTO hours. Employees who have an LTS balance that was frozen on December 21, 2002 and who have at least ten years of continuous full-time service at the time of layoff shall receive 50% of the value of that employee’s personal LTS balance.
