Common use of PAD Type Clause in Contracts

PAD Type. This Authorization is for business purposes. PAD’s may be fixed or variable amounts and will be in set intervals for the following: a disputed Charge; a Credit submission; to pay the Monthly Gross Fee; other fees owing to Amex Bank under the Card Acceptance Agreement or any other event of which we are advised, or may be on a sporadic basis.
