Packing & Marking. Where applicable, unless otherwise specified by LABORIE in writing, Supplier shall pack and mark products to reasonably ensure that the products reach LABORIE at its ultimate destination, as set out on the PO, in a secure fashion. T h e PO number must appear on all invoices, packing slips and packages. Damage discovered after transfer of title that is determined to be a result of faulty packaging or handling by Supplier shall be Supplier's responsibility.
