(i) Shipments by Seller or its subcontractors must include packing sheets containing Buyer's contract number, line item number, description and quantity of Goods shipped, part number or size, if applicable, and appropriate evidence of inspections. A shipment containing hazardous and nonhazardous materials must have separate packing sheets for the hazardous and nonhazardous materials. Seller shall not include vermiculite or other hazardous substance in any packing material included with the Goods. Items shipped on the same day will be consolidated on one bill of lading or airbill unless ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇'s Authorized Procurement Representative authorizes otherwise. The shipping documents will describe the material according to the applicable classification and/or tariff. The total number of shipping containers will be referenced on all shipping documents. Originals of all Government bills of lading will be surrendered to the origin carrier at the time of shipment.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇
(ii) Seller will not insure any FOB origin shipment unless authorized by ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/logistics.html. Upon

(iv) Buyer will select the carrier and mode of transportation for all shipments where freight costs will be charged to Buyer’s request.
(v) Seller will include copies of documentation supporting prepaid freight charges (e.g., carrier invoices or UPS shipping log/manifest), if any, with its invoices.
(vi) If Seller is unable to comply with the shipping instructions in this contract, Seller shall identify packaging charges showing material and labor costs for container fabrication.

(i) Shipments by Seller or its subcontractors must include packing sheets containing Buyer’s contract number, line item number, description and quantity of materials shipped, part number or size, if applicable, and appropriate evidence of inspections. A shipment containing hazardous and nonhazardous materials must have separate packing sheets for the hazardous and nonhazardous materials. Seller shall not include vermiculite or other hazardous substance in any packing material included with the goods. Items shipped on the same day will be consolidated on one bill of lading or airbill unless ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇’s Authorized Procurement Representative authorizes otherwise. The shipping documents will describe the material according to the applicable classification and/or tariff. The total number of shipping containers will be referenced on all shipping documents. Originals of all Government bills of lading will be surrendered to the origin carrier at the time of shipment.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇
(ii) Seller will not insure any FOB origin shipment unless authorized by ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/logistics.html. Upon

(vi) If Seller is unable to comply with the shipping instructions in this contract, Seller shall identify packaging charges showing material and labor costs for container fabrication.

PACKING AND SHIPPING. a. Seller shall pack Goods the Items to prevent damage, foreign object debris/damage (“FOD”), and deterioration. Unless FOD creating packing materials such as vermiculite or packing peanuts are prohibited for shipment(s) against this Contract. Hose ends or exposed connectors on assemblies shall be capped. Parts shall be packaged in quantities specified in this Contract with identification to include Part Number, Manufacturer CAGE code, Manufacturer name, Manufacturer lot or batch or serial number(s) – i.e., if package requirement is 25 parts per pack, there shall be 25 parts in each package. Regardless of transportation mode, all Items shall be suitably packed and properly marked (including notice of hazardous substances) or otherwise set forth prepared for shipment so as to secure the lowest transportation rates and to meet carrier’s requirements (reference ATA-300). When shipping requires multiple containers, each container shall be marked externally with appropriate box number (for example, 1 of x, 2 of x,… x of x) and required traceability documents shall be placed inside of box 1 on top of Items. No charge will be allowed for packing, crating or carriage unless stated in this Contract. Each packing sheet must include as a minimum the following: a) Seller's name, address and phone number; b) Order and line item number; c) ship Goods date for the Products; d) total quantity shipped and quantity in accordance each container, if applicable; e) legible pack slip number; f) nomenclature; g) unit of measure; h) ship to information if other than Boeing; i) warranty data and certification, as applicable; j) rejection tag, if applicable; k) Seller's certification that Products comply with Order requirements; and, l) identification of optional material used, if applicable. A shipment containing hazardous and non- hazardous materials must have separate packing sheets for the Boeing Global Routing Guide found at hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Seller shall consolidate all same day shipments via same carrier to the same consignment address on one bill of lading or air-bill (exceptions for consolidation are AOGs or critical orders authorized for expedited delivery), unless ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/logistics.html’s Authorized Procurement Representative authorizes otherwise. PACKING AND SHIPPING. a. Seller No charges will be allowed for packing, crating, drayage or storage unless so specified in this 16. PACKING AND SHIPPING. a. Thereafter, Blockbuster shall make all Copies (including Replenishment Copies) ready for consumer rental and shall ship such Copies (except for Replenishment Copies) to prevent damage all Participating Stores for rental to members of the public beginning no sooner and deteriorationno later than the Video Street Date. Buyer may request other packaging configurations as required. AOG, Critical, POA, or SOS shall be securely affixed to conspicuously marked on the outside of each package or container if applicable. Buyer will identify AOG, Critical, POA, or SOS status at time of order or expedite. CARRIER SELECTION – Buyer will select the carrier and one mode of transportation for all shipments where freight costs will be charged to Buyer. Buyer reserves the right to charge back all freight costs if the Seller fails to follow any approved routing instructions. INVOICES – Seller will include copies of documentation supporting any freight prepaid and add charges (1e.g., carrier invoices or UPS shipping log/manifest), if any, with its invoices. CUSTOMS -A Canada Customs Invoice/Commercial Invoice is required for all shipments originating outside Canada with a Boeing Canada shipping destination. Seller is responsible for the completion of the Invoice according to Canada Customs Revenue Agency (CCRA) copy is rules and regulations. Any financial penalties incurred by Buyer as a direct result of the Seller’s error shall be charged back to the Seller. PACKING AND SHIPPING. a. Seller shall pack Goods The Products must be suitably packed using nonhazardous materials and prepared for shipment to secure lowest transportation rates, comply with carrier regulations, and prevent damage and deterioration. Unless otherwise set forth Buyer will not be charged for packaging unless a packaging charge is expressly stated in this Contract, Seller shall package Goods in accordance with the requirements of Boeing Document D37522-6 “Supplier Packaging.” Buyer may charge Seller for damage Order. Damage to or deterioration of any Goods Products resulting from improper packaging will be charged to Seller. Separate packing or packaging.
b. If sheets shall be provided for the hazardous and nonhazardous materials contained in the same shipment. All Products to be shipped on the same day via the same route shall be consolidated on one bill of lading, unless Buyer authorizes otherwise. Each container shall be marked to show this Contract specifies FOB destination Order number, gross weight, dimensions, final destination, placards as required (place of delivery)such as “fragile”, then in addition to any other shipping instructions, Seller shall forward Goods freight prepaid. Seller shall make the transportation arrangements, pay the shipping costs“top”, and remain responsible for Goods until Goods stacking limitations) and consecutively numbered with the number that the container represents in the entire shipment (e.g., box 1 of 2 boxes). Non-conforming shipments are subject to rejection supplying Buyer with all applicable international shipping documents, including bills of lading/air waybill, delivery receipts, declarations, manifests and repackaging at Seller’s expense. (i) Shipments by Seller or its subcontractors must include packing sheets containing Buyer's contract number, line item number, description and quantity of Goods shipped, part number or size, if applicable, and appropriate evidence of inspections. A shipment containing hazardous and nonhazardous materials must have separate packing sheets for the hazardous and nonhazardous materials. Seller shall not include vermiculite or other hazardous substance in any packing material included with the Goods. Items shipped on the same day will be consolidated on one bill of lading or airbill unless ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇'s Authorized Procurement Representative authorizes otherwise. The shipping documents will describe the material according to the applicable classification and/or tariff. The total number of shipping containers will be referenced on all shipping documents. Originals of all Government bills of lading will be surrendered to the origin carrier at the time of shipment.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇
(ii) Seller will not insure any F.O.B. origin shipment unless authorized by ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/logistics.html. Upon
(iii) Seller will label each shipping container with the contract number and the number that each container represents of the total number being shipped (e.g., box 1 of 2, box 2 of 2).
(iv) Buyer will select the carrier and mode of transportation for all shipments where freight costs will be charged to Buyer’s request.
(v) Seller will include copies of documentation supporting prepaid freight charges (e.g., carrier invoices or UPS shipping log/manifest), if any, with its invoices.
(vi) If Seller is unable to comply with the shipping instructions in this Contract, Seller shall identify packaging charges showing material and labor costs for container fabrication.

Each packing sheet must include as a minimum the following: a) Seller's name, address and phone number; b) Order and line item number; c) ship Goods date for the Products; d) total quantity shipped and quantity in accordance each container, if applicable; e) legible pack slip number; f) nomenclature; g) unit of measure; h) ship to information if other than Boeing; i) warranty data and certification, as applicable; j) rejection tag, if applicable; k) Seller's certification that Products comply with Order requirements; and, l) identification of optional material used, if applicable. A shipment containing hazardous and non-hazardous materials must have separate packing sheets for the Boeing Global Routing Guide found at hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Seller shall consolidate all same day shipments via same carrier to the same consignment address on one ▇▇▇▇▇://▇ of lading or air-▇▇▇.▇ (exceptions for consolidation are AOGs or critical orders authorized for expedited delivery), unless Buyer’s Authorized Procurement Representative authorizes otherwise. The shipping documents will describe the material according to the applicable classification and/or tariff rating. The total number of shipping containers will be referenced on all shipping documents. Originals of all government bills of lading will be surrendered to the origin carrier at the time of shipment. INSURANCE – Seller will not insure any FCA Origin shipment unless authorized by Buyer. The following markings shall be included on each unit container: a) Seller's name; b) Seller's part number, if applicable; c) Buyer part number, if applicable; d) part nomenclature; e) Order number; f) quantity of Products in container; g) unit of measure; h) serial number, if applicable; i) date identified as follows: one (1Product or raw material cure date, if applicable; j) copy is to precautionary handling instructions or marking as required, k) Name and address of consignee; and l) Name and address of consignor. Buyer may request other packaging configurations as required. AOG, Critical, POA, or SOS shall be securely affixed to conspicuously marked on the outside of each package or container if applicable. Buyer will identify AOG, Critical, POA, or SOS status at time of order or expedite. CARRIER SELECTION – Buyer will select the carrier and one mode of transportation for all shipments where freight costs will be charged to Buyer. Buyer reserves the right to charge back all freight costs if the Seller fails to follow any approved routing instructions. INVOICES – Seller will include copies of documentation supporting any freight prepaid and add charges (1e.g., carrier invoices or UPS shipping log/manifest), if any, with its invoices. CUSTOMS -A Canada Customs Invoice/Commercial Invoice is required for all shipments originating outside Canada with a Boeing Canada shipping destination. Seller is responsible for the completion of the Invoice according to Canada Customs Revenue Agency (CCRA) copy is rules and regulations. Any financial penalties incurred by Buyer as a direct result of the Seller’s error shall be charged back to the Seller. Services delayed by Canada Customs as a direct result of the Seller’s error thereby causing a late delivery shall be loose inside each container. PACKING AND SHIPPING. a. Seller Promptly upon receipt of any Copies at the Distribution Center and prior to any shipment to another location or rental or sale thereof, Blockbuster shall pack Goods barcode each Copy. Thereafter, Blockbuster shall make all Copies (including Replenishment Copies) ready for consumer rental and shall ship such Copies (except for Replenishment Copies) to prevent damage all Participating Stores for rental to members of the public beginning no sooner and deteriorationno later than the Video Street Date. Unless Promptly upon receipt of any Copies at a Participating Store and prior to any rental or sale thereof, each Participating Store shall enter all applicable barcodes and related information in such Participating Store's POS system. Blockbuster shall comply with all generally applicable Video Street Date policies of Fox, shall not copy any Copies or related marketing materials nor rent any Copies to any customer it has knowledge intends to copy such Copies. Blockbuster shall not cause or permit Copies to be sold, leased or otherwise set forth transferred to or by distributors, sub-distributors or Video Stores other than Participating Stores, except as permitted in this ContractParagraph 4.c. and 4.d. hereof. Blockbuster shall maintain and/or store all Copies only at the Participating Store to which they were originally delivered, Seller shall package Goods except as follows: (i) during rentals to the public or following PVT sales as permitted under Paragraph 4.c. and 4.d. hereof; (ii) during viewing by employees of Blockbuster, provided such viewing is accounted for on a dated employee checkout log or in accordance with Blockbuster's ordinary checkout procedure for employees; or (iii) following shipment from one Participating Store to another, provided that each such shipment and the requirements location of Boeing Document D37522-6 “Supplier Packaging.” Buyer may charge Seller for damage all Copies shipped is reported to or deterioration of Fox at all times during the applicable Revenue Sharing Period pursuant to Exhibit C.
