Common use of Packet Switching Clause in Contracts

Packet Switching. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement or any Verizon tariff or SGAT, ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** and subject to the provisions of Section 3.8 below, AT&T shall not be entitled to obtain access to the Packet Switching Capability of any Hybrid Loop on an unbundled basis.
