PacifiCorp provides electric transmission service in nine Western states, and owns or has interests in approximately 16,500 miles of transmission lines and 71 thermal, hydroelectric, wind-powered generating, and geothermal facilities. PacifiCorp operates two balancing authority areas ("XXXx"), XXXX and PACW, and provides open access transmission service in accordance with its OATT, which is on file with the Commission.
