Common use of Ownership Reports Clause in Contracts

Ownership Reports. In order to assist the City in determining whether the Company is capable of ongoing compliance with this Agreement, including, without limitation, ongoing payment of the amounts payable by the Company hereunder, the Company shall promptly report to the City any change in ownership of the Company which is inconsistent with the description of ownership set forth in Appendix D hereof or the most recently submitted previous such report.
