Common use of Ownership of the Claim Modules Clause in Contracts

Ownership of the Claim Modules. The ownership of the Claim Modules is transferred to JA Solar only after JA Solar confirms Customer’s warranty claim and provides replacements or refunds in accordance with the remedies provided under this Limited Warranty. Until such time, ownership of the Claim Modules shall remain with Customer.
