OWNERSHIP OF THE CARD. 4. The Card is owned by DCBank and will remain the property of DCBank. The Card is provided to you for use so long as you continue to act in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement as amended from time to time. You agree to return the Card to DCBank or as DCBank instructs, immediately upon request by DCBank. The Card is provided to you, the Cardholder, only. You may not sell, assign or transfer the Card to a third party without the consent of DCBank.
