Common use of Ownership of other vessels Clause in Contracts

Ownership of other vessels. The Lessor and Lessee acknowledge that, during the Lease Period, the Lessor may own vessels other than the Ship, the Sister Ships and any other vessels leased to the Lessee or another company in the Guarantor Group. At the Lessee’s request, the Lessor will transfer in accordance with clause 21 the Ship and the Sister Ships to another company which does not own any vessels other than the Ship, the Sister Ships and any other vessels leased to the Lessee or another company in the Guarantor Group.
