Ownership of Newly Created Intellectual Property. Inventorship of Intellectual Property invented through the performance of activities under this Agreement shall be determined in accordance with United States patent laws (regardless of where the applicable activities occurred) and ownership of such Intellectual Property shall follow inventorship.
