Common use of Ownership of Information Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Information. Any Information owned by one Party or any of its Subsidiaries that is provided to a requesting Party pursuant to this Article VI shall be deemed to remain the property of the providing Party. Unless expressly set forth herein, nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as granting a license or other rights to any Party with respect to any such Information, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise.

Ownership of Information. Any Information owned by one Party or any of its Subsidiaries that is provided to a requesting Party pursuant to this Article VI VII shall be deemed to remain the property of the providing Party. Unless expressly specifically set forth herein, nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as granting a or conferring rights of license or other rights to any Party with respect to otherwise in any such Information, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwiseinformation.

Unless expressly set forth herein, nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as granting a license or other rights to any Party with respect to any such Confidential Information or Privileged Information, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise.
