Ownership and Other Rights. Buyer has no title to or interest in the merchandise except as otherwise expressly provided on this Agreement. Seller has and shall retain sole and exclusive title to and ownership of the merchandise until completely paid for by Xxxxx. In no event shall Buyer acquire any trade secrets, copyrights, patents or rights to patent, trademarks or any other such intellectual property or proprietary rights embodied in the merchandise
