Common use of Owner’s Property Clause in Contracts

Owner’s Property. 11.1. All fixtures, fittings, equipment and improvements attached to or built into the Apartment by the Owner at the Owner’s expense, which shall be listed in the Inventory and Schedule of Condition document to be prepared prior to the Commencement Date shall become or remain a part of the Apartment, and will be deemed to be the Owner’s property and may not be removed by the Lessee, unless otherwise provided in this Agreement or specifically agreed in writing between the Parties at the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
