Common use of Overtime Computation Clause in Contracts

Overtime Computation. Overtime shall be compensated at the rate of one and one-half times the employee’s regular rate of pay for all hours worked beyond forty (40) in a work week. For purposes of calculating overtime eligibility, all hours spent performing assigned duties, holidays, and personal leave/holiday, and annual leave will be considered hours worked. All other leave with pay during the employee's regular work schedule is not considered time worked.
