Overtime Assignment Process Clause Samples
The Overtime Assignment Process clause defines the procedures and criteria for assigning overtime work to employees. Typically, it outlines how overtime opportunities are communicated, the order in which employees are selected (such as by seniority, rotation, or volunteer basis), and any requirements for accepting or declining overtime. This clause ensures a fair and transparent system for distributing extra work, helping to prevent disputes and favoritism while ensuring that operational needs are met efficiently.
