Overtime Administration. In emergencies, a department head may prescribe reasonable periods of overtime work to meet operational needs and may authorize such supervisory employees as he shall designate to act for him in requiring overtime work. Overtime shall be reported by the department head to the Town Manager. Complete overtime records of employees shall be maintained by each department head.
