Overrun Charges. In respect of each Nomination that results in an Excess Injection Rate or Excess Withdrawal Rate, the Overrun Charges shall be payable by the Customer to the Service Provider, and shall be calculated by adding the products of: (a) the Injection Overrun Charge (in pounds sterling), calculated by multiplying the Injection Overrun Amount (in p/kWh) by the Excess Injection Rate (in kWh) by the number of hours of excess injection; and
