SERVICE TEST Clause Samples

The SERVICE TEST clause establishes the procedures and conditions under which a service provided under the agreement will be tested to ensure it meets specified requirements. Typically, this clause outlines the testing methods, the criteria for passing or failing the test, and the responsibilities of each party during the testing period. For example, it may require the service provider to demonstrate system functionality or performance benchmarks before the client formally accepts the service. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the delivered service meets agreed-upon standards before final acceptance, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over service quality.
