Overnight Stay. Where Township-required training requires over-night stay: A. All overnight stays must be previously approved by the Chief. B. An employee will be reimbursed for meals for a maximum of $50 per diem upon submission of receipts. The Township will not reimburse for alcohol purchases. C. The Township will reimburse employees, upon submission of receipts, for lodging at facilities pre-approved by the Township. The reimbursement shall be paid to the employee on or before the next pay period after submission of the receipt.
