Overnight Security Sample Clauses

The Overnight Security clause establishes requirements for safeguarding a property, premises, or assets during nighttime or non-business hours. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities for providing security personnel, surveillance systems, or other protective measures to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage when the site is unattended. Its core function is to ensure continuous protection outside of regular operating hours, thereby reducing the risk of loss or liability due to security breaches during vulnerable periods.
