Overnight Guests. If the Landlord and Roommates have decided to establish whether the Roommates may have Guests on the premises overnight and, if so, what rules would apply to the Roommate(s) with the Guest (and the Guest), then the “Overnight Guests” checkbox should be selected and a listing of the rules or policies that apply be documented in the space available.
