Overnight Accommodations. When overnight accommodations are necessary, it shall be made by Client, and billed to Client at Client’s business address. A non-smoking room is preferred. If the event is held in a hotel, the lodging for the speaker should be at that hotel is at all possible.
Overnight Accommodations. On scheduled overnights, Flight Attendants will be furnished safe, comfortable and adequate single occupancy accommodations. The Company will require that the lodging facility not assign Flight Attendants to occupy ground-floor hotel rooms, smoking rooms, or rooms with an outside entrance. However, on arrival a Flight Attendant may request change to a ground floor and/or smoking room if available. The Company will also require the hotel have a computer with free internet access. Flight Attendants will have reserved lodging accommodations for scheduled overnights.
Overnight Accommodations. (i) On scheduled and unscheduled overnights and for training out of domicile, Flight Attendants will be furnished safe, comfortable and adequate single occupancy accommodations. (ii) For new hire orientation training, Flight Attendants may be required to share overnight accommodations. (iii) Flight Attendants will have advanced reserved lodging accommodations for scheduled overnights. If the Flight Attendant’s pairing involves a layover, the layover hotel will be published on the pairing listing the layover hotel and hotel phone number.
Overnight Accommodations. The Concessionaire will operate River Camps along the Suwannee River Wilderness Trail according to the following: 1) The campsite management will include management of overnight accommodations, including reservations, cleaning, maintenance, restocking, and cleaning service of assigned campsites. 2) The Concessionaire will provide telephone and Internet-based solution for promoting, communicating, and coordinating rental of authorized campsites. 3) Operations will adhere to the Department's Operations Manual. 4) The Concessionaire will clean campsites upon checkout and maintain the campsites to standards approved by the Department's Agreement Manager. 5) Campsites will be available for rental 365 days per year. Overnight Accommodations. When Employees are required to stay overnight away from home due to out-of-town assignments, the Employer will provide single rooms at first class hotels or equivalent accommodations when available.
Overnight Accommodations. Reimbursement for overnight accommodations must be supported by receipts bearing the date of stay and cost per day to be approved for reimbursement. The Company will consider requests from Chaplains seeking religious or other disability accommodation for lodging with a kitchenette. Such requests shall not be unreasonably denied. In the absence of an approved motel provider, Chaplains, including those seeking religious or other disability accommodation, will make every effort to obtain motel accommodation lodging of $130.00 per night or less. The parties agree that chaplains have a right to hotel accommodations that are safe, clean, and located within a reasonable distance from the work site. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may choose to stay at the residence of family or friends. However, no reimbursement for overnight accommodations is provided where the Chaplain stays at the residence of a family member, friend, etc., instead of a motel.
Overnight Accommodations. The Company will provide comfortable and adequate single occupancy commercial lodging at all overnight stations, including out-of-domicile training overnights and Continuous Duty Overnights (stand-ups). In the event the Company wishes to use accommodations other than a hotel the Company will first obtain approval from the MEC/LEC President. a. The Company shall attempt to arrange for hotels to provide rooms that are non-smoking. Should there be no non-smoking rooms available, the Flight Attendant may elect to secure her/his own accommodations and will be reimbursed, upon submission of receipt, up to $120. The Flight Attendant will be responsible for the cost of transportation to the alternate hotel and back or to the airport for report. A Flight Attendant must provide a contact number and location to Crew Scheduling when she/he is not staying at the designated crew hotel. b. In addition to a. above, during a TDY lodging, the Company will attempt to arrange for rooms with refrigerators and microwaves, provided there is no additional cost to the Company. TDY lodging will be for the entire duration of the TDY, including day(s) off. Flight Attendants will not be required to change rooms or hotels during the TDY, unless the Company is unable to secure rooms because of a specific event taking place in that city at that time. c. Hotel information for a TDY will be supplied to Flight Attendants via telephone or email when finalized, but no later than seventy-two hours prior to the beginning of the assignment. d. The Company shall attempt to arrange for hotels to provide high-speed internet access at no charge to the Flight Attendant.
Overnight Accommodations. 10.1 When participating in IROEC’s Outdoor Science School, and when staying overnight in our bunkhouses IROEC will provide two overnight chaperones per bunkhouse. 10.2 Bunkhouses are shared facilities for academic and leadership programs and can be shared between multiple schools and programs. There will be no more than a two-year age difference between youth sharing a bunkhouse. Bedrooms will not be shared by different groups. 10.3 Teacher Accommodations: The IROEC reserves two standard bungalow rooms (two full sized beds each) at the time of your reservation. Additional rooms are given for the following scenarios: • Medical needs – school needs a room for a nurse, student aid, or parent. • The teacher gender ratio does not align with the number of rooms/beds assigned. • Two rooms were assigned (4 beds) and more than four teachers are attending. Requests for additional rooms that do not fall under the scenarios above may be granted on a case-by-case basis pending availability two-weeks prior to arrival. If available, the additional rooms will be added at the current room fee.

Overnight Accommodations. If your event is located more than 1.5 hours away from where you live and it ends late and you cannot drive back, or cannot drive back due to weather conditions, we will ask the client to provide you with a hotel room close to the event at the client’s expense. These details must be discussed before the event is confirmed. We will forward you reservation details once the client sends them to us. If you are stranded due to weather and the client refuses to pay for a hotel room, please pay yourself and we will refund you.
