OVERLAPS. 7.1 The CTC will make best efforts to resolve Overlaps, if any, with other First Nations and report regularly on the status of Overlap discussions to the Main Table. 7.2 In accordance with BCTC procedures it is expected that Overlaps will be resolved during Stage 4 or earlier, if possible.
