Overlap. To the extent that any obligation or responsibility pursuant to Article VIII may overlap with an obligation or responsibility pursuant to this Article VI, the provisions of this Article VI shall govern.
Overlap. To the extent that any obligation or responsibility pursuant to Article IX may overlap with an obligation or responsibility pursuant to this Article VII or otherwise conflict with any provision of this Article VII, the provisions of this Article VII shall govern as it relates to Taxes and Tax Returns.
Overlap. To the extent that any obligation or responsibility pursuant to Article 10 may overlap with an obligation or responsibility pursuant to this Article 8, the provisions of this Article 8 shall govern.
Overlap. To the extent that any obligation or responsibility pursuant to Section 10 may overlap with an obligation or responsibility pursuant to this Section 7, the provisions of this Section 7 shall govern.
Overlap. To the extent that any obligation or responsibility pursuant to Article 7 may overlap with an obligation or responsibility pursuant to this Article 6, the provisions of this Article 6 shall govern.
Overlap. To the extent of any inconsistency or conflict between this Article 5 and any other provision of this Agreement, this Article 5 shall control as to Tax matters.
Overlap. To the extent of any inconsistency between this Article VIII and Article VII, this Article VIII shall control as to Tax matters.
Overlap. To the extent that any obligation or responsibility pursuant to Article VIII may overlap with an obligation or responsibility pursuant to this Article XI, the provisions of this Article XI shall govern.

To the extent that any obligation or responsibility pursuant to ARTICLE X may overlap with an obligation or responsibility pursuant to this ARTICLE VIII, the provisions of this ARTICLE VIII shall govern; provided that the indemnification procedures detailed in Section 10.05 shall apply to this ARTICLE VIII.
Overlap. 12-1 The parties recognize that there is a certain amount of overlap in work performed by employees in this bargaining unit and work performed by other University employees. It is understood that while certain identified duties may be characteristic of the knowledge and expertise of a classification in this bargaining unit, it is the ability to perform the assignment of the complete variety which distinguishes the members of this bargaining unit from others not in the bargaining unit. It is not the intent of the University that this overlap adversely affect any employee in this unit.
