Overflow Accommodations Clause Samples
The Overflow Accommodations clause establishes procedures for providing additional space or resources when the primary capacity is exceeded. In practice, this clause may require the provider to offer alternative rooms, facilities, or services if the original allocation cannot accommodate all participants or guests. Its core function is to ensure that all parties are adequately accommodated even in situations of unexpected demand, thereby preventing disruptions and maintaining service continuity.
Overflow Accommodations. The University reserves the right to make assignments to temporary or overflow housing to accommodate requests for housing. The policies and procedures contained within this document are also applicable to overflow housing assignments which may be made on a temporary basis at the beginning of each semester.
