Interest on Overdue Amounts 22.1 Any Licence Fee which is payable and remains unpaid for a period in excess of 30 (thirty) days from the date of the invoice, will attract interest at the current legal rate, calculated in accordance with the interest rate prescribed by the Minister of Justice in accordance with the Prescribed Rate of Interest Act 55 of 1975, as amended.
Overdue Charges If any invoiced amount is not received by Us by the due date, then without limiting Our rights or remedies, (a) those charges may accrue late interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, and/or (b) We may condition future subscription renewals and Order Forms on payment terms shorter than those specified in Section 6.2 (Invoicing and Payment).
Interest on Overdue Payments (a) If, for any reason, a Party does not pay an amount payable under or in connection with this Agreement on or before the due date for payment, it must pay interest to the other Party (who is entitled to receive the payment).
Overdue Payments Lessee shall pay interest on all overdue payments of Rent or other monetary amounts due hereunder at the rate of fifteen percent (15%) per annum or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is less, accruing from the date such Rent or other monetary amounts were properly due and payable.
Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.
When You Have More Than One Plan with BCBSRI If you are covered under more than one plan with us, you are entitled to covered benefits under both plans. If one plan has a benefit that the other(s) does not, you are entitled to coverage under the plan that has the benefit. The total payments you receive will never be more than the total allowable expense for the services you receive.
Maintenance during Construction Period (i) During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall maintain, at its cost, the existing lane(s) of the Project Highway so that the traffic worthiness and safety thereof are at no time materially inferior as compared to their condition on Appointed Date, and shall undertake the necessary repair and maintenance works for this purpose; provided that the Contractor may, at its cost, interrupt and divert the flow of traffic if such interruption and diversion is necessary for the efficient progress of Works and conforms to Good Industry Practice; provided further that such interruption and diversion shall be undertaken by the Contractor only with the prior written approval of the Authority’s Engineer which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that the Contractor shall at all times be responsible for ensuring safe operation of the Project Highway. It is further agreed that in the event the Project includes construction of a bypass or tunnel and realignment of the existing carriageway, the Contractor shall maintain the existing highway in such sections until the new Works are open to traffic.
Payment of Monthly Bills 10.3.1 SECI shall pay the amount payable under the Monthly Xxxx/Supplementary Xxxx by the Due Date to such account of the SPD, as shall have been previously notified by the SPD in accordance with Article10.3.2 (iii) below.

De-commissioning due to Emergency 17.6.1 If, in the reasonable opinion of the Concessionaire, there exists an Emergency which warrants de-commissioning and closure of the whole or any part of the Bus Terminal, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to de- commission and close the whole or any part of the Bus Terminal to Users and passengers for so long as such Emergency and the consequences thereof warrant; provided that such de-commissioning and particulars thereof shall be notified by the Concessionaire to the Authority without any delay, and the Concessionaire shall diligently carry out and abide by any reasonable directions that the Authority may give for dealing with such Emergency.
