Common use of Overdue Fees Clause in Contracts

Overdue Fees. If Client fails to make payments when due, then in addition to Social Sentinel’s other rights and remedies, Social Sentinel will have the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend the Products pending Client’s full payment of any outstanding fees, immediately terminate the Agreement, and/or recover Social Sentinel’s reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, expended in collection of such amounts due. Unpaid amounts will accrue interest at the lesser of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum amount chargeable by law, commencing thirty (30) days from when the payment was due and continuing until fully paid.
