Common use of Overdue Fees Clause in Contracts

Overdue Fees. If any invoiced amount is overdue then We will notify you and, without prejudice to Our rights or remedies, may: (a) suspend access to the Services and Support; and (b) charge late payment interest on the unpaid Fees from their due date until payment is received in full at the rate of the lesser of 1.5% per month or the greatest rate permitted by applicable law. If We take action to pursue collection of unpaid Fees you will pay the associated costs. In the event of late payment, We may also make shorter payment terms a condition of any Renewals.
