  • Overdue Amounts Until paid, all amounts due and payable by the Company hereunder shall be a debt secured by the Collateral and shall bear, whether before or after judgment, interest at the rate of interest for overdue principal set forth in the Transaction Documents.

  • ACCRUED AND UNPAID AMOUNTS After giving effect to the withdrawals and transfers to be made in accordance with this notice, the following amounts will be accrued and unpaid with respect to all Monthly Periods preceding the current calendar month.

  • INTEREST ON PAST-DUE OBLIGATIONS Except as expressly herein provided, any amount due to Lessor not paid when due shall bear interest at the maximum rate then allowable by law from the date due. Payment of such interest shall not excuse or cure any default by Lessee under this Lease, provided, however, that interest shall not be payable on late charges incurred by Lessee nor on any amounts upon which late charges are paid by Lessee.

  • Default Interest; Other Amounts Prior to the occurrence or effective designation of an Early Termination Date in respect of the relevant Transaction, a party that defaults in the performance of any payment obligation will, to the extent permitted by law and subject to Section 6(c), be required to pay interest (before as well as after judgment) on the overdue amount to the other party on demand in the same currency as such overdue amount, for the period from (and including) the original due date for payment to (but excluding) the date of actual payment, at the Default Rate. Such interest will be calculated on the basis of daily compounding and the actual number of days elapsed.   • Interest on Unpaid Balances Interest on any unpaid amount (including amounts placed in escrow) shall be calculated in accordance with the method specified for interest on refunds in the Commission’s regulations at 18 C.F.R. § 35.19a (a)(2)(iii). Interest on unpaid amounts shall be calculated from the due date of the xxxx to the date of payment. Invoices shall be considered as having been paid on the date of receipt of payment.

  • Interest on Overdue Amounts 22.1 Any Licence Fee which is payable and remains unpaid for a period in excess of 30 (thirty) days from the date of the invoice, will attract interest at the current legal rate, calculated in accordance with the interest rate prescribed by the Minister of Justice in accordance with the Prescribed Rate of Interest Act 55 of 1975, as amended.

  • Past Due Amounts If Tenant fails to pay when due any amount required to be paid by Tenant under this Agreement, such unpaid amount shall bear interest at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per annum from the due date of such amount to the date of payment in full, with interest. In addition, City may also charge a sum of five percent (5%) of such unpaid amount as a service fee, which the parties agree is a reasonable estimate of and liquidated damages for City’s additional costs for billing and collection arising from Tenant's failure to make payment in a timely manner.   • Overdue Payments Lessee shall pay interest on all overdue payments of Rent or other monetary amounts due hereunder at the rate of fifteen percent (15%) per annum or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is less, accruing from the date such Rent or other monetary amounts were properly due and payable.
