Payment for Optional Services Clause Samples

The "Payment for Optional Services" clause defines the terms under which a party must pay for services that are not included in the base agreement but may be requested as additional options. Typically, this clause outlines how optional services are identified, the process for requesting them, and the method or schedule of payment, such as per-use fees or separate invoicing. Its core function is to ensure both parties understand the financial obligations related to extra services, thereby preventing disputes over costs and clarifying how such services are to be billed and paid for.
