Common use of Overcharges and Unauthorized Charges Clause in Contracts

Overcharges and Unauthorized Charges. If an audit conducted in accordance with this section discloses overcharges or unauthorized charges to SBBC by VENDOR in excess of two percent (2%) of the total xxxxxxxx under this Agreement, the actual cost of SBBC’s audit shall be paid by VENDOR.
