Common use of Overcharges and Unauthorized Charges Clause in Contracts

Overcharges and Unauthorized Charges. If an audit conducted in accordance with this section discloses overcharges or unauthorized charges to SBBC by VENDOR in excess of two paid by XXXXXX. If the audit discloses xxxxxxxx or charges to which VENDOR is not contractually entitled, VENDOR shall pay said sum to SBBC within twenty (20) calendar days of receipt of written demand.
