Over Usage. OT may, at any time, estimate and invoice Licensee for any and all License Fees and Applicable Taxes payable by Licensee to OT as a result of any access or use of the Software by, or through, Licensee in excess of the number or type of OT Software Licenses granted by OT. Licensee shall pay the invoice in accordance with this EULA.
