Over Usage. ▇▇▇▇▇ may, at any time or times, estimate and invoice Licensee for any and all license fees and other amounts payable by Licensee to ▇▇▇▇▇ as a result of any access and/or use of the Software by, or through, Licensee in excess of the number and/or type of licenses purchased by Licensee from ▇▇▇▇▇ under this ▇▇▇▇. Licensee shall make timely and complete payment to ▇▇▇▇▇ of all such license fees and other amounts invoiced by ▇▇▇▇▇. Each invoicing and/or receipt by ▇▇▇▇▇ of such license fees and/or other amounts shall be without prejudice to any rights and/or remedies which ▇▇▇▇▇ may possess under this ▇▇▇▇, at law, in equity, and/or otherwise.
