Over Provision. 7.1 If any provision contained in the accounts of the Company for periods up to 31 August 1995 shall be found to be an over-provision or excessive ("Over-provision") then the amount of the Over-provision shall be set off against any payment due or which may become due from the Covenantor under this Deed.
