Outstanding Orders and Subcontracts. Upon receipt of said notice, Contractor shall advise Owner or Owner's Representative of its outstanding orders and subcontracts pertaining to performance of the terminated Work and, upon request, furnish Owner or Owner's Representative with complete copies. Contractor shall place no further orders or subcontracts for materials, equipment, services, or facilities, except as may be necessary for completion of such portion of the Work as is not terminated; Contractor shall promptly make every reasonable effort to procure cancellation, upon terms satisfactory to Owner, of all orders and subcontracts to the extent they relate to the performance of the Work terminated; or, as directed by Owner or Owner's Representative, shall assign to it in form satisfactory to Owner such of its subcontracts and orders as are designated by Owner or Owner's Representative, or shall take such other action relative to such subcontracts or orders as may be directed by Owner.
