Change Forms Clause Samples
The Change Forms clause establishes a formal process for requesting, documenting, and approving modifications to the original terms or scope of an agreement. Typically, this clause requires that any proposed changes be submitted in writing, reviewed by relevant parties, and mutually agreed upon before implementation. By providing a structured method for handling alterations, the clause ensures that all parties are aware of and consent to adjustments, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes over unauthorized changes.
Change Forms. The Securities Intermediary shall confirm to the Administrative Agent in writing that it is holding completed Change Forms with respect to the Subject Policies executed by the Securities Intermediary in blank and the Administrative Agent shall have received copies of such Change Forms.
Change Forms. Requests for changes shall be submitted in form acceptable to Owner or Owner’s Representative. In addition, the Owner's internal procedures may require the Owner to issue a purchase order (sometimes referred to as purchase order change) to Contractor in connection with the approval for any changed work. Such purchase order may include its own separate terms and conditions. However, any terms and conditions included with any purchase order shall be void and have no effect, and the terms and conditions of the Change Announcement(s), and Contract Documents shall govern the relationship between the Owner and Contractor for this Project and shall apply to all Work, including any changes to the Work. Contractor's requests for changes shall be submitted in form acceptable to Owner.
