Common use of Outstanding Amounts Clause in Contracts

Outstanding Amounts. Termination of this Agreement shall entitle MPOWER to payment and Customer shall be obligated to pay for the provisions of any and all MPOWER Services rendered by MPOWER under this Agreement prior to the date of such termination, all outstanding fees incurred prior to the date of termination and the lump sum of all remaining ILF payments due by Customer under Exhibit 2 (except as provided in Section 13.3 herein).
