Outsourcing Usage. Alinma Investment may, with the conditions it deems appropriate, agree with any bank, broker, company having membership in any stock market, or any other financial institution inside or outside the Kingdom to act as a correspondent bank or securities broker with the purpose of providing security custody service or any other service in connection with cash amounts or financial instruments available in the portfolio.
