Common use of Outside Contractors Clause in Contracts

In the interest of providing the best qualified craftsmen in numbers sufficient to handle all of the services necessary to ensure the smooth operation, XXXX reserves the right to retain outside contractors to provide certain services, which services are to be determined by XXXX.
